Mossley Hill Childcare

Mossley Hill Child Care is managed day to day by Christine Horsfield who has Early Years Professional Status. She is assisted by her Deputy Manager Ian Mullock and nine other members of staff who are qualified or working towards standard level three and above in childcare practice.

The staff ratio is

• 0-2 years: Daisy Room

One member of staff for 3 children with a total of 12 infant places

• 2-3 years: Buttercup Room

One member of staff for 4 children with a total of 12 toddler places

• 3-5 years: Sunflower Room

One member of staff for 8 children with a total of 16 child places

 

All current staff have received up to date training in paediatric first aid and safeguarding and have continuous opportunities for further staff development.
